Jabatan diartikan sebagai pekerjaan (tugas) dalam pemerintahan atau organisasi. Orang yang memegang jabatan penting itu, dinamakan pejabat/ penguasa. Di sini, orang yang diamanahi jabatan menjadi sesuatu yang potensial. Yakni bisa menjadi jalan kemulyaan, bila mampu menunaikan amanah (jabatan) itu sesuai tuntunan-Nya. Sebaliknya, menjadi bencana bila kita tidak mampu dan berhati-hati menjaga amanah itu.

Dalam pandangan KH Miftah Faridl, diantara sekian banyak penyakit yang paling berbahaya jika hinggap pada diri penguasa (baca: penjabat-Pen) adalah jika ia sudah merasa berkuasa. Jika seorang penguasa kemasukan nafsu ingin berkuasa dan mulai mengkuasai, tidak ada lagi kekuasaan lain yang diakui dan dipatuhinya, maka sikap ini tdak saja membahayakan kehidupan masyarakat dan negara, tapi juga mengancam perdamaian dunia. Pejabat seperti ini, jelas-jelas akan mendapatkan buah kerugian.

Untuk mencegah hal itu, setiap kita harus bisa memagari pejabat agar tidak memiliki kesempatan yang cukup untuk mengembangbiakkan penyakit ini pada dirinya. Harus diciptakan sebuah sistem yang memungkinkan seorang penguasa tunduk pada hukum-hukum Allah dan Rasulnya. Sikap demikian, tentunya akan lahir dari seorang pejabat yang benar-benar memfungsikan amanah itu sesuai dengan ketentuan-Nya. Inilah sikap biasa ala orang yang diamanahi jabatan.

Berkait dengan itu, Allah SWT dalam Alquran menetapkan bahwa: "…. (kaum muslimin adalah) orang-orang yang jika Kami beri mereka kekuasaan di muka bumi, niscaya mereka dirikan shalat, tunaikan zakat, menyuruh berbuat kebaikan dan mencegah perbuatan mungkar ….." (QS. 22: 41).

Ayat di atas, jelas-jelas bahwa orang yang diamanahi jabatan (kekuasaan) harus terbiasa menjalankan perintah-Nya dan menyuruh berbuat kebaikan dan mencegah perbuatan mungkar. Selain itu, amanah jabatannya akan ia posisikan dalam koridor untuk mencapai derajat takwa, karena hanya itulah kemulyaan dalam pandangan-Nya (baca: QS. 49: 13).

Untuk itu, biasa ala pejabat harusnya akan melahirkan perilaku yang jauh dari kesombongan dan kemungkaran. Baginya, jabatan hanya sebagai jalan mencapai kemulyaan di hadapan-Nya. Dan kelihatannya, penyimpangan para pejabat dewasa ini, adalah akibat hilangnya atas kesadaran moral seperti itu.

Pada tatanan ini, kiranya patut direnungkan dan dikedepankan apa yang dinasehatkan Kiai kepada seorang muridnya, yang telah mengemban jabatan sebagai khalifah (pimpinan) di suatu daerah. Nasehat ini, beliau sampaikan pada acara syukuran yang digelar di pesantren asuhan seorang Kiai, guru pejabat yang mengundangnya tersebut.

Nasehat untuk khalifah itu, ada tiga hal utama. Pertama, nasehat supaya menabung kesadaran dan berhemat kata-kata. Di tengah masyarakat yang sedang bingung memilih pegangan hidup untuk (belajar) berjamaah dan berjami'iyah secara baik, tentu kedua hal itu teramat penting dilakukan oleh pejabat dewasa ini.

Kedua, berupa menyadarkan seluruh tim sukses yang memberikan dukungan kepadanya, untuk mulai memainkan peran baru, yaitu tidak lagi hanya pendukung semata, tapi harus berperan sebagai pengawas utama atas jabatan yang diembannya. Peran ini begitu penting, biar perilakunya selalu terkontrol dan terawasi, agar berada dalam rel kebenaran-Nya.

Ketiga, keberhasilan yang digapai oleh seorang pejabat, sesungguhnya bukanlah dihasilkan oleh dirinya sendiri, melainkan keberhasilan yang dikondisikan oleh Allah dan memperoleh respons positif seluruh rakyat, masyarakat yang dipimpinnya. Pencapaian itu, tidak lain karena ia diberi kemampuan oleh Allah untuk menegakkan sikap amanah, shiddiq, fathonah, dan tabligh secara tepat. Untuk itu, ia harus banyak-banyak bersyukur atas segala nikmat yang telah dikaruniakan-Nya tersebut.

Setidaknya, dengan ketiga nasehat Kiai itu, akan dapat membantu mewujudkan sikap biasa ala orang yang diserahi jabatan seperti yang diharapkan dalam QS. (22): 41 dan QS. (49): 13.

Alam dan isinya ini tercipta secara berpasangsan, sehingga melahirkan hukum tarik menarik. Artinya konsisi alam ini akan selalu dinamis dengan kehendak-Nya. Begitupun dengan menjalankan bisnis, pasti ada yang namanya naik-turun. untuk itu, kita harus jadi pribadi yang pantang menyerah.

Pribadi pantang menyerah (tangguh) adalah pribadi yang tidak merasa lemah terhadap sesuatu yang terjadi dan menimpanya. Pribadinya mengangap sesuatu yang terjadi itu dari segi positifnya.

seseorang menjadi kuat, pada dasarnya karena mentalnya kuat. seseorang menjadi lemah, karena mentalnya lemah. Begitu juga, seseorang sukses, karena ia memiliki keinginan sukses. Dan seseorang gagal, karena ia berbuat gagal. Dalam hal ini, bila kita ingin SUKSES DI DYNASIS, maka caranya tidak lain dalam diri kita harus yakin bahwa bisnis di DYNASIS ini adalah jalan yang harus kita lakukan secara maksimal mungkin. Yakni bekerja secara cermat, tepat dan benar dalam mengembangkan bisnis ini. Inilah sebuah bisnis yang menurut saya adalah BISNIS POHON PAHALA. Artinya semakin pohon itu berkembang, maka akar-akarnya makin kuat dan memiliki cabang yang banyak sehingga memberikan perlindungan pada orang yang ada di sekitarnya. Bisnis Dynasispun, sama. Bisnis ini jelas-jelas mengandalakan (bonus terbesarnya) dari kebesaran pohon jaringannya. INILAH YANG HARUS KITA LAKUKAN.

Untuk mencapai itu, maka diperlukan paling tidak 4 sikap pantang menyarah bagi para membernya melalu pola pikir positif dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Pertama, berpikir positif kepada Sang Pencipta. Kita ikut bisnis ini, yakin atas petujuk dari Allah. Untukitu kita harus bersyukur dan menjalankannya dengan betul2, semata mengharap ridha-Nya.

Kedua, berpikir positif pada diri sendiri. Kita harus yakin bahwa kita memiliki kemampuan untuk menjalankan bisnis ini secara sukses. Ingat bahwa setiap kita adalah seorang juara bagi diri kita sendiri. Untuk itu, kita harus yakin dan benar-benar dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Dan yang pasti kita memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Hanya orang-orang yang mau belajarlah yang dapat menjadi orang unik yang sukses.

Ketiga, berpikir positif pada orang lain. Orang lain itu,dalam bisnis ini adalah perusahan Dynasis yang memberi fasilitas bisnis ini. Saya yakin perusahaan ini tidak mau rugi, sehingga akan selalu mengembangkan bisnis ini dan Dyanisis harus sadar betul bahwa para member ini adalah merupakan aset potensial bisnisnya. Dan ini harus selalu mendapat perhatiannya. Ini adalah bisnis jaringan Bung! Selain itu, orang lain itu juga adalah para up line kita yang telah memperkenalkan bisnis ini pada kita. Melalui merekalah kita pertama kali mengenal dan menjalankan bisnis di Dynasis. Untuk itu, saya yakin mereka tidak mungkin menjerumuskan para down line-nya. Ok..!!!! Dan terakhir, orang lain itu adalah para down line kita, karena merekalah jaringan bisnis ini terus berkembang, berkembang dan berkembang lagi. Makanya, kita harus menjalin hubungan baik dengan mereka.

Keempat, berpikir positif pada waktu. Setiap manusia diberi waktu yang sama. Hanya member2 yang produktif dan kreatiflah yang akan mampu mendapat bonus besar di bisnis ini. Untuk itu, kembangkalah terus jaringan bisnis ini dan didiklah mereka agar mandiri, karena ini yang membuat pundi-pundi BONUS di Bisnis ini.

Akhirnya, selamat berjuang sahabat-sahabatku. ...!!!! KITA BERTEMU DI PUNCAK BONUS TERBESAR.... AMIN..

Wirausahawan, Jadilah Seorang Achiever!

HIDUP manusia itu berisi perjuangan. Perjuangan hidup itu sendiri berarti berusaha terus menerus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia. Aktivitas demikian, bagi umat Islam merupakan suatu kewajiban agama, bukan hanya tuntutan hidup semata-mata.

Adapun salah satu peran dalam hidup ini, diantaranya menjadi wirahusawan. Untuk meraih seorang wirausahawan yang sukses, memang bukan sesuatu yang mudah dan sering kali harus berhadapan dengan rintangan dan tantangan. Namun demikian, bukan berarti kita tidak mungkin mencapainya. Dalam hal ini, Allah SWT dalam Alquran memberi petunjuk kepada kita sebagai berikut: "Apabila telah selesai shalat, maka hendaklah kalian bertebaran di muka bumi dan carilah karunia Allah, dan sebutlah Allah sebanyak-banyaknya supaya kalian memperoleh keberuntungan." (QS. 62: 10).

Ciri Achiever

Tokoh wirausahawan sukses itu, tidak lain adalah seorang achiever. Who is Achiever? Tingkah laku dan sikap seorang achiever itu akan mencerminkan dirinya sebagai bagian dari pemecah masalah; memandang sesuatu yang rumit menjadi sederhana; mampu memotivasi; adanya kendala menjadi peluang; sesuatu itu sulit, tapi mungkin; dan bangkit dari setiap kegagalan.

Lawan dari achiever adalah looser. Tingkah laku dan sikap seorang looser, diantaranya adalah ia merupakan bagian dari masalah; sesuatu yang sederhana menjadi rumit; harus dimotivasi; peluang menjadi kendala; sesuatu itu mungkin, tapi sulit; dan tenggelam dalam setiap kegagalan.

Memang, untuk mencapai pribadi seorang achiever itu tidak terbentuk hanya dengan "simsalabim". Tapi, untuk membangunnya ia memerlukan proses yang amat panjang dan penuh kesabaran. Setidaknya, ada sepuluh ciri yang membentuk pribadi seseorang itu menjadi seorang achiever.

1. Percaya diri. Ciri ini perlu dimiliki oleh seorang achiever. Bagaimana ia akan dinilai dan menilai orang lain, kalau dirinya sendiri tidak percaya terhadap kemampuan yang diberikan Allah SWT pada dirinya. Adanya ketidak percayaan diri ini, ternyata dapat menghambat keberhasilan seseorang. Bagaimana pun percaya diri yang kita miliki itu, perlu kita syukuri dan dipelihara karena nilainya teramat mahal.

2. Berani mengambil resiko. Setiap tindakan itu mengandung resiko. Begitu juga dalam berwirausaha. Tapi, masalahnya kadangkala kita tidak memperhitungkan efek jangka panjang yang akan terjadi. Seorang achiever itu, ia mampu dan berani mengambil resiko dari setiap tindakannya. Hal itu, didasari dengan suatu pikiran yang matang dan telah dipertimbangkan efek positif dan negatifnya serta berfikir panjang.

3. Senang ambiquitas (mendua). Ambiquitas di sini, bukan berarti ia plin-plan. Tapi, konsep mendua ini, berarti dia tidak hanya berpikir satu cara saja untuk mencapai visi dan keinginan yang telah terpatri dalam jiwanya. Ia berusaha untuk dapat menyelesaikan setiap masalah dan mencapai cita-cita yang akan diraihnya. Dalam pikirannya, tidak ada kata gagal, susah, tidak bisa, tidak mungkin, dll. Sikap ini, mengajarkan kepada kita agar selalu optimis menatap masa depan.

4. Etos kerja kuat. Kita harus selalu belajar dari pengalaman-pengalaman orang lain. Kita melihat, bagaimana orang-orang Singapura begitu maju dan "kaya raya", padahal kekayaan alamnya tidak sekaya negeri Indonesia. Kunci utamanya, ia memiliki etos kerja yang kuat. Orang-orang Singapura mempunyai prinsip, "Singapura adalah negaraku, tapi dunia adalah pasarku." Atas dasar ini, Singapura walaupun negaranya kecil, tapi ia termasuk negara kaya. Ia tidak memikirkan batas-batas teritorial lagi untuk memasarkan hasil karyanya (baca: lebih-lebih sekarang di era globalisasi). Pertanyaannya, mau atau tidak kita meniru bangsa Singapuran dalam melakukan wirausha itu?

5. Visi intuitif. Kalau kita ingin menjadi seorang achiever, maka syarat ini harus telah ada dalam pola pikirnya. Wawasan dan pola pikir kita harus sudah terlatih berpikir jauh ke depan. Bagaimana dan apa yang akan dilakukan oleh kita satu tahun atau lima tahun ke depan. Hal ini, tentu harus sudah tergambar dalam benak seorang wirausahawan.

6. Ada keinginan kuat menjadi trampil (konstan ritualiting). Ketrampilan ini merupakan salah satu syarat untuk menjadi profesional. Seorang achiever harus selalu berusaha menjadi trampil. Trampil di sini, tentu dikaitkan dengan bidang usaha yang akan dan atau yang sedang kita geluti saat ini. Bukankah, hanya orang-orang yang trampil dan profesionallah yang akan mampu meraih peluang di era globalisasi dewasa ini.

7. Menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pergaulan (human relation). Almarhum Panglima Jenderal Sudirman, pernah berpesan, "Kalau kita ingin menang, maka susunlah kekuatan. Kunci kekuatan itu ialah persatuan dan kesatuan. Langkah mencapai persatuan dan kesatuan, tidak lain kita harus sebarkan sayap ukhuwah atau silaturahmi sesama manusia." Makna dari pesan ini, tentu perlu kita tanamkan dalam kalbu, karena kekuatannya begitu luar biasa dalam mencapai sukses. Jadi, inti dari kemenangan adalah ukhuwah, silaturahmi, human relation sesama manusia. Dan yang terpenting dalam melakukan hubungan atau pergaulan itu adalah hendaknya selalu diniatkan secara ikhlas mengharap ridha-Nya.

8. Berpikir positif (positif thingking). Berpikir positif, berarti berhenti menyalahkan orang lain dan selalu mawas diri. Selain itu, kita juga hendaknya berusaha menghilangkan sifat menuntut, membandingkan dan mengeluh pada diri sendiri dan orang lain. Lebih dari itu, mereka yang berpikir positif ini akan memperlihatkan sikap berani mengambil hikmah dari setiap kejadian.

9. Berpikir besar (back thingking). Kalau kita ingin menjadi "besar," maka paling tidak pertama-tama yang ada dari sekarang adalah kita harus bersikap seperti orang-orang besar (baca: orang-orang sukses). Demikian pula halnya bila kita ingin sukses, maka sikap kita harus dapat mencontoh apa-apa yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang sukses tersebut.

10. Antusias. Seorang achiever adalah orang-orang yang memiliki antusiasme tinggi dalam mewujudkan cita-citanya. Bisnis itu bukan merupakan pertarungan orang-orang kaya, pandai, memiliki kedudukan, dll. semata-mata. Tapi lebih dari itu, ia adalah orang-orang antusias. Sehingga untuk mencapai perilaku antusias, maka kita hendaknya selalu bertindak antusias dan insya Allah anda akan menjadi antusias. Langkah selanjutnya, adalah gumuli pekerjaan anda itu, pelajari, tekuni, hidupi, dapatkan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya dan akhirnya tanpa sadar anda akan menjadi antusias.

Akhirnya dalam menggapai menjadi seorang wirausahawan yang sukses, syaratnya kita terlebih dahulu harus membangun dalam diri kita berupa sifat-sifat seperti yang telah dimiliki oleh seorang achiever di atas. Dengan diraihnya predikat pribadi seorang achiever dan berdoa terhadap Sang pemilik kesuksesan itu sendiri, yaitu Allah SWT, maka insya Allah predikat wirausahawan sukses dapat kita gapai. Aktualisasi Diri Bikin Wirausahawan Mandiri

Abu Darda sahabat Rasulullah saw, usianya sudah sangat tua. Aktivitas sehari-harinya tidak terlepas dari kegiatan bertani dan bercocok tanam. Suatu hari lewat seseorang di depannya. Saat itu Abu Darda sedang menanam pohon asam. Berkatalah orang itu, “Mengapa kamu menanam pohon itu? Kamu kan sudah lanjut usia, padahal pohon itu akan berbuah dalam rentang waktu amat lama?” Apa jawab Abu Darda? “Saya hanya mengharap pahalanya, dan biarlah orang lain yang memakan buahnya,” jawabnya.

Kisah tersebut, telah memberikan banyak inspirasi dan pelajaran bagi mereka yang mampu menangkapnya. Berkait dengan berwirausaha, setidaknya dari kisah itu ada dua pesan yang bisa kita tangkap. Pertama, setiap kita hendaknya dapat mengaktualisasikan diri dalam hidup ini. Kedua, melalui pemberdayaan diri maka kita akan memproleh kesuksesan di kemudian hari. Sukses tidak lain dimaknai sebagai sesuatu yang dapat dinikmati oleh sendiri dan orang lain.

Dalam berwirausha, ada hal yang patut disadari oleh pelaku wirausaha, diantarnya adalah berupa karunia Illahi. Pada diri manusia, setidaknya ada empat karunia Illhi yang patut diberdayakan yaitu kesadaran diri, suara hati, imajinasi kreatif dan kebebasan memilih dan memiliki. Modal ini apabila dapat kita fungsikan secara benar dan tepat, tentu akan membuahkan kesuksesan dalam hidup (termasuk dalam berwirusaha).

Kalau kita sadar, seprti diakui Tatty SB Amran (1997), hidup memang proses memilih dimana sikap dasar menuju sukses ada tiga langkah: (1) Berani melangkah –memilih untuk mengambil langkah---, (2) Rela melakukan the extra mile –memilih untuk melakukan kegiatan yang memberikan hasil optimal, dan berkorban untuk mencapai hasil terbaik--; (3) Selalu bersikap inside-out ---memilih untuk internalisasi yaitu mengapa mencari di luar kendali, jika bisa mendapatkan yang dalam jangkauan diri sendiri--.

Bagi sosok wiraushawan sejati, langkah tersebut jelas-jelas akan berdampak pada kesuksesan rajutan dari tampilan aktulisasi diri dalam berwirausaha. Dan kalau diruntut, ternyata aktulisasi diri ini muncul merupakan hasil dari proses belajar yang tiada henti tentang berbagai hal.

Dengan aktivitas belajar secara terus menerus tentang kewirausahan, maka seorang wiraushawan tentu diharapkan akan terjadi pergeseran sikap mental dan perilaku wirausaha dari mentalitas ingin menjadi worker society bergeser pada “employee.”

Adapun perbedan antara worker dan “employee” adalah:

1. Employee itu terus menerus mengembangkan kemampuannya, sedangkan worker menggunkan siklls yang relatif tetap.

2. Employee itu dapat memutuskan apa yang harus dilakukannya pada mesin, sedangkan apa yang dilakukan worker ditentukan mesin.

3. Employee itu pada dasarnya tidak diawasi, hanya perlu “span of responsibility,” sedangkan worker hanya harus diawasi melalui “span of control” sepanjang garis organisasi.

4. Employee itu memiliki means of production, yaitu informasi, sedangkan worker tidak memilikinya.

Aktualisasi Diri

Dewasa ini dunia wirausha dan bisnis terus mengalami perubahan yang ditandai oleh beberapa karkteristik, diantaranya berubah secara dinamis, elmen lingkungan wirausha berinteraksi secara kompleks, membentuk globalisasi dalam kelompok-kelompok dan menghadapi kendala lingkungan hidup (baca: sumber dya alam).

Kenyataan tersebut, tentu harus disikapi dengan kesadaran diri atas kemampuan mengaktulisasikan segala potensi yang telah dikarunikan Allah Swt pada diri manusia. Sejalan dengan ini, H.D. Sudjana (1993) melihat pentingnya pendekatan aktulisasi diri pada diri seseorang.

Pendekatan tersebut, menurut Sudjana didasarkan atas pandangan bahwa orang memiliki potensi atau kemampun di dalam dirinya untuk berkembang. Kemampuan diri itu harus diidentifikasi untuk kemudian diaktualisasikan sehingga kemampuan itu akan berguna bagi kemajuan kehidupannya. Pendekatan aktualissi diri ini mempunyai empat ciri, yaitu Pertama, proses aktualissi diri bertolak dari dan ditimbulkan oleh diri sendiri. Kedua, belajar melalui pasangan belajar. Ketiga, membantu munculnya konsep diri yang positif pada diri sendiri warga belajar. Keempat, mengembangkan daya imajinasi dan kreativitas.

Dengan melalui keempat pendekatan tersebut, maka akan menghantarkan seorang wirausahawan pada puncak kemandirian usahanya. Dalam konteks ini, Lilly H. Setiono (2002) mengungkapkan bahwa untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan mandiri, ada tiga jenis modal utama yang mesti dimilikinya.

(1) Sumber daya internal yang merupakan bagian dari pribadi calon wirausahawan, misalnya kepintaran, ketrampilan, kemampuan menganalisa dan menghitung risiko, keberanin atau visi jauh ke depan.

(2). Sumber daya eksternal, mislnya uang yang cukup untuk membiayai modal usaha (baca: tidak akan memposisikan berapa besarnya uang sebgai modal usaha, tapi lebih pada kreativitas-Pen) dan modal kerja, social network dan jalur demand/supply, dan lainnya.

(3) Faktor x, misalnya kesempatan dan keberuntungan.

Akhirnya, seorang calon usahawan harus menghitung dengan seksama, apakah ketiga sumber daya tersebut ia miliki sebagai modal. Jika faktor-faktor itu dimilikinya, maka ia akan mencapai aktualissi diri yang menghantarkan pada kemandirian usahanya. Lebih-lebih hal ini didukung dengan usaha maksimal dalam mengembangkan karunia Illahi yang telah ada dalam pribadi seseorang. Wallahu’alam.***

Sebelum lebih jauh kita berbicara tentang affiliate program, saya ingin sampaikan satu hal yang perlu anda ketahui.

Saya temukan fakta begini. Berdasar penelitian, dari sekian banyak pebisnis internet di dunia hanya 45-47% pebisnis yang mendapat penghasilan cukup. Jangankan mengenal Affiliate Program, meng-email saja saya belum bisa. Tapi saya tidak patah semangat. Saya justru makin semangat belajar. Meski kadang terjebak dalam kebingungan, saya tidak pernah berhenti. Saya terus belajar sampai saya bisa. Internet menjadi tempat saya menemukan jawaban-jawaban.

Tapi, ternyata tidak semua jawaban yang diberikan internet memuaskan. Kadang malah ada yang membuat saya bingung. Sekali lagi itu tidak membuat saya berhenti mencari. Saya tidak akan pernah menjadi “apa-apa” jika hanya dikalahkan oleh kebingungan saya sendiri.
Bagi saya, kebingungan justru adalah awal menuju kejelasan. Asal kita tidak menyerah mencari jawabannya tentu.

Maka bersyukurlah anda yang sering bingung! Kini hasil perlawanan terhadap “kebingungan” itu sudah saya rasakan. Saya termasuk di antara 25% pebisnis internet yang berhasil tadi.
